About Momento
Two perspectives. One shared standard.
Momento was founded in 2025 by Filippo Heller – catering was part of the idea from the beginning. Since 2026 he has been building Momento together with Lorenzo Bortoletto, who opened the current catering chapter: our own kitchen, our own service team and a clear operational signature.
Together they bring contemporary Italian hospitality to companies and special occasions in Munich and the surrounding area.
